On July 31, 2001, Matthew Fields was about to enter his junior year at Passaic County Technical Institute. Tragically, Matt's life was abruptly ended at the tender age of 17.  Matthew was bright, energetic and full of life. He was a hands-on individual which enjoyed playing basketball, football, and various sports. Matt's dream was to travel the country and embark on a career as part owner of a company with his cousin Izrael. Matt left behind many friends and family that love him very much. He aspired many things for his future when this  devasting tragedy changed our lives forever.
